In 1995, Trust No Man Records was started by J-Rydah's brother Chito. He wanted to make music that gave the proper perception of street life with the hustle and grind of Arizona living. The music industry was overrun with fake MC's and rappers who were just recording shit. They had nothing to contribute to the community in which they came from, so Chito set out to build an empire that gave him the opportunity to give back to the varrio [community] which he knew and loved. While Chito was doing time, J-Rydah stepped up and took over to continue to make music, build the business, and hone in on his natural talent for fast lyrics, quick antics and impressionable music. June Bug is the youngest of the brothers and has helped out in molding the company's image as well.
